In all cases where you are asking for a refund or replacement of the product purchased you must inform us within seven (14) days of receipt of the item via the email address «eshop@thebestshoes.gr» explaining the reason you are asking for return or replacement, and you should also provide a contact telephone number.

Conditions for refund:

  1. the product must not have been used
  2. return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
  3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note invoice etc.)
  4. it must be in the condition in which it was received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and accompanied by the packaging that normally accompanies the product

 

In order to return the item(s) in good condition they must be packaged appropriately - in a larger packing - so that they are protected during shipping.

You have the right to return item(s) purchased and ask for a replacement for the following reasons:

  1. DELIVERY OF THE WRONG PRODUCT

In those cases where «ΠΡΑΤΣΑΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ» is clearly responsible for delivery of items of a different design or size from that entered in the order form you may return the item in question.

In this case, return of the items is free of charge.

  1. PRODUCT DEFECTS

In those cases in which there is a defect in the item you have the right to return the product you purchased and ask for its replacement by another product or products of a value up to or equivalent to the price you have already paid, or higher on payment of an additional sum, if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item.

Η επιστροφή του προϊόντος είναι δωρεάν, πάντα κατόπιν συνεννόησης με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών 2510 229064 (Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή 10:00-17:00).

  1. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Στις περιπτώσεις που επιθυμείτε αλλαγή του προϊόντος που αγοράσατε πρέπει να συμπληρώσετε στο e-mail επικοινωνίας κωδικό ή κωδικούς προϊόντων και μέγεθος και θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί σας συνεργάτης μας. Εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε απευθείας με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών στο 2510 229064. Το δεύτερο προϊόν θα αποστέλλεται αμέσως μόλις παραληφθεί το αρχικό και αφού ελεγχθεί από το κατάστημά μας. Η επιστροφή του προϊόντος γίνεται με την ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΙΚΗ ή ELTA courier καθώς και η εκ νέου αποστολή του επιθυμητού προϊόντος προς εσάς και το συνολικό κόστος ανέρχεται στα 5,00€

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return the purchased item(s), exercising the right of withdrawal, and - only if the product has not been used - to ask for refund of the sum you paid, within 14 days of the date printed on your purchase receipt.

Επιστροφή χρημάτων πραγματοποιείται για αγορά του προϊόντος που έχει γίνει με μετρητά (αντικαταβολή), πιστωτική κάρτα, κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό ή μέσω Paypal. Η διαδικασία επιστροφής των χρημάτων σας θα ολοκληρωθεί το αργότερο εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής των προϊόντων και εφόσον αυτά είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση. Σε αυτή την περίπτωσή θα κρατείτε το ποσό της δωρεάν αποστολής και επιστροφής (αξίας 5,00€)

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal and return of the product by the Buyer, if he is not within a State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EOA) the Seller will deduct from the amount to be repaid to the Buyer any amount the Seller is obliged to pay for cus-toms charges and related costs, which will be borne by the Buyer.
